TommeeDohn Refund Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

TommeeDohn LLC partners with multiple independent manufacturers and small businesses to produce and fulfill all merchandise sold through our website. As an online merchant, TommeeDohn LLC does not manufacture, inspect, ship, or handle any products directly.
 

For this reason, all returns, refunds, replacements, and quality‑related claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer responsible for fulfilling the order.
All sales made through TommeeDohn LLC are final.

2. Terms of Return

Because TommeeDohn LLC does not process returns, each manufacturer maintains its own return window and eligibility requirements. Customers must review and follow the specific return terms provided by the manufacturer associated with their order.
Typical manufacturer return windows may range from 7–30 days from the date of delivery, but this varies by partner.

TommeeDohn LLC does not override, extend, or modify any manufacturer’s return period.


 3. Condition of Returned Items

Manufacturers generally require that returned items meet certain conditions, which may include:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when applicable.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Items must include all original components (tags, accessories, inserts, etc.).

TommeeDohn LLC does not evaluate or approve the condition of returned items. All determinations are made solely by the manufacturer. 

4. Eligible Reasons for Return

Manufacturers typically accept returns or issue replacements for the following reasons:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Misprints or production errors
  • Missing items in the shipment

Manufacturers may require photographic evidence, order numbers, and additional documentation to validate the claim.

TommeeDohn LLC is not responsible for product defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.

 5. How to Initiate a Return or Claim

Customers must contact the manufacturer directly using the instructions provided in their order confirmation or packaging. The general process may include:

  • Submitting a claim through the manufacturer’s support portal or email
  • Providing the order number and proof of purchase
  • Supplying photos or videos of the issue
  • Following packaging and shipping instructions provided by the manufacturer

TommeeDohn LLC does not accept returned merchandise and cannot initiate claims on behalf of customers.

6. Refund Process

Refunds, when approved, are issued solely by the manufacturer and according to their internal policies. This may include:

TommeeDohn LLC does not issue refunds, credits, or replacements under any circumstances.

7. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through TommeeDohn LLC are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged through TommeeDohn LLC.
Any remedy offered is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer fulfilling the order.
