TommeeDohn LLC partners with independent manufacturers and small businesses to produce and ship all merchandise sold through our website. Because fulfillment is handled directly by these partners, shipping times, methods, and carrier selection may vary by product and manufacturer.

TommeeDohn LLC does not control production timelines, shipping schedules, or delivery processes.

2. Processing & Production Times

Each manufacturer maintains its own production schedule. Typical production times range from 2–7 business days, depending on product type, order volume, and material availability.
Production delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to supply chain issues.

TommeeDohn LLC cannot expedite production or guarantee delivery dates.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Manufacturers select the shipping carrier and method based on their internal logistics. Delivery times generally range from 3–14 business days after production is complete, depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers may receive multiple shipments if their order contains items from different manufacturers.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided directly by the manufacturer once the order has shipped.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after issuance.
Some international shipments may have limited tracking visibility.

TommeeDohn LLC does not generate or manage tracking numbers.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the manufacturer’s rates, product weight, and destination.

Fees may vary across products fulfilled by different partners.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Any issues involving lost, delayed, or stolen packages must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or shipping carrier.

TommeeDohn LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

7. International Shipping

Some manufacturers may offer international shipping.
International customers are responsible for:

Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Any additional charges imposed by their country

These fees are not controlled or collected by TommeeDohn LLC.
